My wife and I first started using Hugo as our realtor in 2021. We sold our house in Meridian, and during the inspection mold was found in the crawlspace. As a contractor, I work out of the area quite a bit and I was not in town when this was discovered. Hugo went above and beyond any call of being a realtor by hiring the contractors and supervising the work to get my house to pass inspection.
He’s one of the easiest people to work with, and had a wonderful attitude during the whole process, which just made everything go smoothly.
